  1. I want to be in Finland in June, never visit Finland in a Nordic Freelance seminar. Hope to see as many freelance journalists there as possible, hopefully also from Faroe Islands and Greenland. It’s now much happiness in the whole Iceland after winning England and Holland in the Icesave-matters.
Maybe Nordic Freelance take place in Iceland 2016, we are working on it.

    Best wishes,

  2. You are very welcome! And let’s hope that the Nordic Freelance seminar will take place in Iceland too!

  3. I was on the seminar page to consider the option of going to Finland in June, which is just 2 months from now. Its just 3-4 weeks for the deadline, and one week to the deadline for applying travel grants for the Norwegian journalists. And yet, all I get to know about the program is this: “The program will be published soon. The speakers on the first page appear in about the same order they will speak, although there are many parallel sessions”. I cant set off two work-days in mid-June, all travel expenses included for a program that hasnt been anounces. I understand the meeting in itself is important but esepecially for freelancers, time is vital. So please let us know asap what the program is – atleast the tentative program so we get an idea!

  4. We are sorry that the program hasn’t been published yet. On Monday the 8th of April I can promise you a quite detailed program, although there will be small specifications after that. The speakers on the Home page will speak about the actual situation in Russia, especially questions about human rights and media ethics, multimedia, new media and pro journalism quality matters, authors’ rights, inter-cultural competence and ethics. We will also focus on documentaries, a new modern collective of documentary photographers and provide you with hints if you are going for a work project to Russia. Hope you can wait until Monday! We have so many speakers that it takes time to get all the information and the time tables co-ordinated.
